This policy explains how returns work for purchases from the Absurditi shop, operated by Absurditi LLC. Effective date: October 30, 2026. Last updated: October 30, 2026. The return badge on each product (for example 14 with a return icon) reflects the policy that applies to that listing and variant at the time you buy. Your order confirmation and order detail page show the policy that was in effect for your purchase.
Standard returns (14 days)
When a product shows a day count on the return badge, you may return unused items in their original condition within that many days after delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Outbound shipping charges are generally not refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect we failed to disclose, or similar).
- Start a return from your account when returns are available for that order.
- You are responsible for packing the item securely and for return shipping unless we instruct otherwise.
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Final sale
Some listings are marked final sale (a barred icon on the product page). Those items are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law or we agree in writing to an exception.
Made to order
Items produced specifically for your order are not returnable by default. If a made-to-order listing explicitly enables returns, the standard window shown on the product page applies; otherwise the made-to-order no-returns policy applies.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@absurditimatter.com with your order code and photos. We will work with you on repair, replacement, or return regardless of the listing's usual return window when the issue is on us.
Account and order history
Return eligibility depends on delivery status, time since delivery, and the policy frozen on your order line. Manage returns from your orders when the return flow is available for that purchase.
